At Glitz & Glamour, your satisfaction means everything to us. Please note that because many of our products are cosmetic or custom-made, all sales on these items are final and non-refundable.

We do understand that exceptions can happen. If you receive a non-cosmetic item or your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
